At Carolina Cloudz Vapes & More, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below are the details for in-store pickup and payment options.

Shipping Information

In-Store Pickup Only
- All orders placed on our website are for in-store pickup only.
- We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time.
Pickup Availability
- Pickup is available during our regular business hours:
  - Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  - Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Orders can be placed up to 3 days in advance and require a minimum of 10 minutes for preparation before pickup.
- Orders not picked up within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be canceled.
How It Works
- Reserve your items by placing an order on our website.
- Visit our store during your selected pickup time to complete payment and collect your order.

Payment Information

In-Store Payment Only
- All payments are made in-store at the time of pickup.
- No payments are accepted through the website at this time.

Product-Specific Restrictions and Compliance:

THC-A Products: All products contain less than 0.3% hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. These products are not available for shipment to the following states: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.

Delta-9 Products: All CBD/hemp products are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill, which defines hemp as any cannabis plant or derivative with no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC content. Note: Products containing any Delta-9 THC content may not be shipped to Idaho, New Hampshire, or South Dakota, where zero (0%) Delta-9 content is allowable by law.

Delta-8 Products: This product is not available for shipment to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.

Kratom Products: Not available for shipment to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Wisconsin; or to the following counties/municipalities: Sarasota County (FL), San Diego (CA), Oceanside (CA), Alton (IL), Jerseyville (IL), Edwardsville County (IL), Columbus (MS), Union County (MS), Ascension (LA), Franklin (LA), Rapides (LA).

Amanita Muscaria Products: Illegal in the state of Louisiana. Products containing Amanita Muscaria may not be shipped to Louisiana.
